Villa 3
Out with the old, in with the new!
Our villa 3 is designed to instill closeness amongst team mates and family members thus the common arrangements of our beddings. Each of the 3 deluxe bedrooms come with 4 standard King-sized bed, along side to each other.
Usual sleeping capacity is 38 but can be maximized up to 42 pax if the body size is petite. This villa is structured for a big number of family outings, company team building, college getaways, and even a venue for special events like weddings or reception areas.
Travel Notes
California Beach Pansol is located in Laguna. It’s 46 km from Makati and only 41 km from Manila International Airport. Nearby Tagaytay is just 25 km away.
Caretakers will be attending guests’ concerns until 8PM ONLY. Guests are reminded to bring their concerns beforehand.
We also encourage our lovely guests to bring their own utensils, cookware and other belongings for family and personal use.

The villa was really lovely however upon arriving (3pm), the pool was still empty - they were still in the process of... filling it up.
We have organised a boodle food fight to be served for dinner as we were only there for one night. We followed up the order as it still was not delivered/served by the requested time. The excuse was “we forgot” so after a long discussion, we agreed for it to be served the next day at 10am instead.
The following day we followed it up at 10:15am with one of their personnel’s (caretaker) to see how everything was going.
1. The caretaker said he had to wake up chef up.
2. We called the person we were dealing with the night before and he had blocked our number.
3. When we were finally able to get in contact with one of the responsible personnel (his name was Jerome) the excuse was “it was Holy Week” so the markets didn’t open until late hence why it was late. What made us furious was the fact that we have finalised this back in November and not until we followed up the order, we wouldn’t have received any updates. Poor excuses and service overall.read more

Villa 2 was Super clean, with friendly and helpful staff, what's not to like!
We had a blast at our family reunion... (Maravilla Family Reunion 2019) and would definitely recommend this place! Kudos to both Will and Jerome for making our stay more enjoyable. I just have a few recommendations.
-- pls. post a sign and close the entry from the pizzaria to villa 2 parking lot. A few of my guests were concerned because patrons from the pizzaria were leaning on their cars at the villa 2 parking lot.
--please schedule occular visits when there is no booking. we had 3 different visits while we were there.
-- add another oven to the pizzaria. Our order took almost 2 hours to complete.

We just had our family gathering for my mother's birthday last February 9 at Villa 2, and we could say that we really... enjoyed given the fact that the place is cozy, clean and the staff are of reach when you need them. We're just rightly fitted to their beautiful rooms, as the interior looks good. It's just that since check in is around 2PM, it's quite hard for us to do the cooking since there's nothing that would shade you from the sun. It would be better if they'll put a ceiling fan on the kitchen area. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi and the pool. Hoping next time they'll put billiards too. However, our overall experience is indeed a great one! Commendable! 👏🏻read more

We had our family getaway just 2 days ago and nothing I can say just wow! We had a great time to this superb property... from its pool that was thermoregulated that you can even dip in at 3:00 an or whenever you wanted, rooms are spacious and clean, they also have an open kitchen with a fridge, staff are very accommodating and helpful..there are some small flaws but it never affect my good impressions and review. Good view,quite, relaxing and well recommended for a big group of family!!

California Beach Pansol is a small paradise outside of Manila. Staying in the resort with my family of 35 was a blast... and unforgettable. We enjoyed our privacy and freedom of what you do inside the resort as if it was our own. The regulated temperature was enjoyed by both the youngest and eldest people in the group an was enjoying this all together. The Hot tub jacuzzi was a great plus with my partner and I when the night time came. Don't forget being able to cook your meals and enjoy all the facility to yourselves! Experience: The service was great and the people are super nice. From the moment we arrived, we were already warmly accomodated by the staff and they even gave us a preliminary tour around our villa (which was nice coz we get to look around for a bit). We had a friendly chit chat with the manager who was btw very polite and I really felt his sincerity to offer us excellent service. Overall the staff were remarkably professional and they would even ask us from time to time if we needed help on anything. Very pampering and thumbs up to the amazing service, I really liked the way they approached me and my family.
Resort: The place has a fresh and relaxing vibe. I honestly enjoyed waking up to a scenic view of a big pool and the whole villa is conducive to people who like to take a lot of pictures. It was also good that the rooms were cozy enough and thankfully we had a long refreshing sleep.
Amenities: We enjoyed singing all night long. It was also nice that the water can be adjusted to the best temperature. My mom even told me that she never thought that she'd stay in the pool even after midnight! Imagine just how soothing and rejuvenating that was. I also commend the staff for keeping the whole place clean! We didnt feel uncomfortable at all, whether we were in the pool or inside our rooms.
Price: Definitely worth it. You'll get your money's worth here and more!

No electric griller only old griller.. need to bring your own blanket.. need to pay 70.00 for drinking water. Please if... your customer went all the way to your place and inquire make sure everything is clear. And do not post electric griller when you only have a old griller that is not electric. That was such a treat! California Beach Pansol is so nice and clean. We enjoyed our family bonding with good food. The... rooms are big enough for a family of more than 20. Non stop singing ! Imagine , first time in my life that I stayed in the pool from 8 pm to 3 am . Their regulated temperature of 36 degrees in the big pool and 39 degrees in the hot tub jacuzzi were just very soothing and relaxing. Overall , it feels like heaven . You will forget everything. Warm bath for our tired and stressed muscles is a good therapy. U get value for ur money. We will definitely come again and again this rainy season. It is a must for me !read more

It’s very very clean, so spacious, and water temperature is just right. I loved the inflatables as well. The whole staff is very accommodating. I highly recommend this resort in Pansol. We had a wonderful experience. Our foreign guests absolutely enjoyed and... really liked the place.
Resort Location: Resort is not yet in Waze but the staff was able to guide us on how to reach the place via phonecall. It is just along the main road very accessible. The resort is safe and guarded 24/7. Only 40mins from Alabang.
Ambiance: Superb, Very relaxing, serene, beautiful set up, well illuminated even during night time. Feels like you’re not in the middle of a busy town.
Facilities: Very clean. New. Large swimming pool, water is clean, just the right temperature all day and night. Even our foreign guests mentioned that they liked the water because it is clean, doesn’t have smell compared to other resorts they’ve been to. Kitchen is functional with refrigerator. No mosquitoes. Karaoke and sound system is great! Kids enjoyed the white sand area they built sand castles.
Rooms: Beds are comfortable. Comfy pillows and clean white sheets. Well ventilated with aircon. Nice view of the pool.
Price: Worth every penny. No regrets.
Staff: Excellent service, polite, accommodating, helpful (from the attendant, security guard, to the General Manager). They gave us the right privacy we need. They immediately respond to our concerns and check if there is anything that we need for assistance.
We had an unfortunate event when we were about to leave the place wherein our vehicle engine malfunctioned. The resort General Manager Sir Jonathan was very courteous, understanding and helpful to let our vehicle stay in their property guarded by their security personnel until we were able to get it picked up by the towing truck the next day. I can feel the sincerity and real Filipino hospitality of the staff.
No negative comments I can say about this resort. We will surely come back. Highly recommended. ����read more
