What makes California Beach Pansol different from other resorts?
We have automated and regulated pool temperature technology. You can request your desired temperature up to 32-36 degree Celsius upon scheduling for the best swimming experience!
Will WIFI be available?
Yes, there is! Be connected online with our Hi-speed Fiber Internet up to 200mbps.
What kind of bed is used in the rooms?
Uratex beds are used in all rooms to assure that guests get a good night sleep.
Are the rooms airconditioned?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with airconditioning.
What are the the nearby stores?
The resort is beside 7-11 Convenience Store and across Chooks-To-Go.
Are extra beds available?
Yes, we can provide extra beds and even tents for a great glamping experience. Please note that corresponding charges apply.
What is the check-in and check-out schedule?
Villa 1: check-in is 1pm and check-out is 11am the next day
Villa 2: check-in is 2pm and check-out is 12pm the next day
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely no hidden fees!
Can I cancel my booking?
We highly recommend that you reschedule instead. You can only reschedule your reservation on weekdays of the same month (this still depends on the availability of the date).
Note: Down payments are non-refundable.
Are we able to check-in early or check-out late?
For guests with Private Transfers or their own transportation, early Check-In and/or late Check-Out depend on room availability. Requests are accepted but not guaranteed.
Can I reschedule my booking?
Requests for rescheduling of booking reservations should be 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival.
Can I pay at the resort directly?
Please note that there is no authorized person who can receive the payment at the resort. Kindly pay through our official bank accounts. The management limits the number of people in the resort (caretakers, and other maintanance personnel) to provide our guests with maximum privacy and luxury.

Pay online on our website by using Dragonpay. Just select a “Bank Fund Transfer Source” to pay online and you will receive an email instruction from Dragonpay.
How do I make a reservation?
Management strictly follows the first come, first served policy. Reservations without downpayment are considered pencil bookings and can be replaced by clients who are ready to pay at least 50% of the total resort fee.
Reminder: Full payment should be received 3 days prior to the reservation date.
Can we bring our own food?
As of the moment, yes you can!
Can we cook our own meals?
Yes. Guests have access to dining and kitchen space where they can cook their own meals.
Is it okay to bring friends who are not in the guest list?
No, only those who are included in the guest list you sent us will gain access to the resort premises.

What if we don’t bring our own food?
Fortunately, there are stores near the resort where you can buy food!
Are pets allowed?
Due to Allergen and Sanitation purposes, we will restrict the bringing of dogs or
any pets until further notice.
Will there be towels and toiletries available?
There will be no towels, soap and shampoo in the resort.
What are the other available amenities in the resort?
65″ HD TV, State-of-the-art KTV audio and video surround systems, White sand area, 3 Patented Huge California Beach Waterfalls.
What are the add-ons available at the resort?
You can request for extra mattresses/tents, imported inflatables and even other kitchen wares for an additional fee. Kindly inform us ahead of time so we can organize these concerns for you.
What are the special service available at the resort?
You can request for hydro-massage and private chef with your chosen food package for an additional fee. Kindly inform us ahead of time so we can organize these concerns for you.
What are the kitchen wares available?
Rice cooker, fridge, Induction Cooker, Griller, Water, Dispenser (separate fee for use)
What about parking?
We have free parking on premises.
How many cars can fit in the parking area?
8 cars regular + 10 at the back
What about provisions for safety?
We have first aid kit, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The resort also has 24-hour security and CCTV surveillance in public areas.
What is the exact address of the resort?
California Beach, Purok 1, National Highway, Pansol, Calamba City, Laguna.
Are we allowed to bring wine bottles or any drinks encased in bottles?
Any drink encased in glass bottles are highly discouraged as it may cause unfortunate events if the glass breaks. For safety purposes, kindly bring your drinks in plastic containers.
Is it okay to smoke?
Smoking is discouraged inside the rooms but should you wish to insist, kindly smoke in open areas.
Is there chlorine in the pools?
No chlorine, just fresh mountain water!
