Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: 2026-07-13
What this covers
California Beach Pansol ("we", "us", "our") operates an internal marketing tool — the California Beach Pansol Social Hub — that archives our own Facebook and Instagram content for brand analysis. Where permitted, it also stores public posts that tag or mention our accounts. This page explains how you can ask us to delete data we hold about you, whether it was collected through that tool or through this website.
Request deletion of archived social content
To have any of your publicly-posted content that we have archived removed from our systems:
- Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include a link to the post(s), or your public Facebook / Instagram username, so we can locate the archived copy.
We will permanently delete the matching records — including any downloaded media — from our database and object storage within 30 days, and confirm by email.
Request deletion of website / inquiry data
If you submitted a contact or booking inquiry through this website, you can ask us to delete the associated personal data (name, email, phone, dates, and your message) at any time. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Note that completed reservations may be retained where the law requires it (see the retention section of our Privacy Notice); after that period, identifiers are anonymized.
What we hold — and how to stop future collection
The Social Hub archives only our own accounts' content and public posts that reference our accounts. We do not store private messages, and we do not collect data from people who have not publicly interacted with us. Removing our app from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations) stops any future collection immediately.
